WHAT WE DO

Sport, music, art… are our kitchen’s inspiration. Joaquín Baeza & Rufete is multidisciplinary in its approach , honest in his working , passionate in his process and perfectionist in the creation of an unique and  gastro – indie style. He finds inspiration in his two important muses, his wife Esther and his daughter Marina, which in his artwork overturns the vital juvenile force.

Cooking is an art. Looking back, we work to master the techniques that will further help us create and evolve.
