Our cuisine includes two key ingredients that provide great uniqueness to our dishes: algae and seawater.
Rich in valuable elements such as minerals and potassium. Its use in the kitchen is not widespread , therefore those who use it are representatives of the high-end gastronomy: Ferran Adria and the Noma Restaurant in Copenhagen, one of the best restaurants in the world.
With a long association with the history of human nutrition, algae provide minerals and vitamins, while stimulating the metabolism and cleansing the body.
